The project contains three casco villa's situated in the Coja area, the green hart of Portugal. The villas are set on the hill side near Vinhó each with there own breath-taking view on the Serra da Estrela and the Serra do Açor mountain ranges (protected nature reserves). The hill has a resort like character, though the size of the plots on which the villa's are built and the vegetation make sure that the breath taking views, the tranquillity and serenity are beeing maintained.
The village Coja is located at a 5 minute drive distance with all the facilities you need like small shops, a bank and a post office.
The area is well known for the beautiful nature, lovely climate, the kind hospitable people and it's local products. The region is a well-known place among Portuguese tourists but also has its fair share of foreign settlers; people from all over Europe.
The last 10 years have been good to the region. There have been some positive developments regarding tourism since activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rafting, parasailing and much more are now possible. However, the Coja area is no place for mass tourism. Therefore the countryside character of the region is kept in high regard.
The area is easy to reach by car. Many of the roads are new and the A1 is at a 50 minute drive over the iC6 and the E801. Coimbra, the former capital city of Portugal is at a 45 minute drive away. The area is also easy accessible with public transportation. You could take the train to Coimbra and from there you can reach the small villages by bus.
All the villas will be sold with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a gate and driveway.
All three the casco projects can be bought at any given time in any building phase. This can result in a transfer tax discount and a reduced asking price. It is an option to make personal changes in the build and or her surroundings.
